London police are treating a bomb explosion in the District Line Tube train at Parsons Green station in London as an act of terrorism shorty after they showed up on the scene at 9:40am.
London Ambulance said 18 people were taken to the hospital and none had life-threatening injuries.

Police said people should avoid southwest London as a counterterrorism investigation is immediately underway.
Neil Basu, the senior national coordinator for counter-terrorism policing, declared it was a terrorist incident.

Terror attacks in London are highly likely to happen at any given time as this counts as the fourth one this year, including Westminster, London Bridge, Manchester and Finsbury Park in north London.
