Justin Trudeau is set to visit Edmonton on Wednesday after his Government blocked a bid to lay out a plan for the Trans Mountain pipeline.
Conservatives put forward a motion calling for the government to meet and give Canadians their plan in response to the death of the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
The Trans Mountain pipeline expansion was overturned by a Federal Court of Appeals after the Trudeau government approved it and made promises that construction will begin in August 2018, the federal government also funded the project for $4.5 billion.
